We are going BIG this Christmas! The Factory will be transformed into a Christmas extravaganza & Bustler will be jam packed with alternative, festive fun.  Live Music, DJ’s, Entertainment, Karaoke, Festive Fun & of course the best street food around.   Each ticket provides you with £30 which is fully redeemable against all food & drink to order as you wish on the night - no one has to pre-order or organise, so it couldn’t be simpler.   The ultimate Christmas party you won’t forget!

Venue

Does the Venue have disabled access?

Our venue is wheelchair & accessibility friendly. Please contact us directly if you have any further queries or required more assistance on the night.

What is the venue like?

We are a big warehouse which will be decorated ready for Christmas. The parties are in our largest room - The Factory. We will have heating in place for these events, however we advise to please dress appropriately as you will still be in a warehouse in December. There are a large number of toilets & a large outside area for smoking.

Covid 19 policy

We will follow guidance given by the Government in terms of all Covid-19 restrictions.

If government restrictions prevent our Christmas Parties from proceeding you will be able to transfer your booking to a future date or alternatively receive a full refund.

Can I add/reduce my booking later?

We are as flexible as possible up until 1 week before your party. Provided that we have availability you can add to your booking.

Please note, availability changes constantly and tickets are on a first come, first served basis.

If you wish to reduce the number of people in your party, any monies already paid are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

What is the minimum number of guests that I can book for?

The minimum booking is for 6. We seat each booking together and do not mix tables. Please let us know if you would like to be seated near another booking and we will do our best to arrange this. Please note that it may not always be possible

Food & Drink

Menus

We have a selection of 6 street food traders for each event for you to choose from. Across  the traders, all dietary requirements and allergies will be catered for including halal too.

We will announce the line up of traders before the event.

There is no pre ordering required - people can order as they would like, from whoever they would like during the evening. The £30 voucher can be used for this. All food table service and you place the order through a webpage.

Drinks

We have 3 bars open for service during these parties. A main bar with your favourite alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, a craft beer & cocktail bar and a gin & Fizz bar.

You may order from each of these bars via a webpage when in The Factory and will be bought to your table.

Location & Parking

There is limited on street parking but there is an NCP car park on Liversage street (DE1 2LD) just a two minute walk away.

On the night

Do the bars take cash & card?

While in the Factory and for any at table ordering - this is all paid for via card or your pre paid voucher.

If you wish to go up to the bars and order directly - you may pay via card or with cash.

What is the dress code?

Smart causal or however you feel comfortable. Get your lippy & heels on if you’d like or come in jeans and your trainers. Just remember it is in a warehouse so a few layers may be required.

Do you carry out any checks upon arrival?

On arrival, we carry out ticket and ID checks and random bag searches are carried out by our security team. Please have your ticket ready.

What time do the parties start?

The parties all open at 6pmm, and so we recommend arriving at this time.

PLEASE NOTE:

- No Alcohol is included in the ticket price or entry fee for any events hosted at or by Bustler Market

- All persons attending events shall be asked for ID when ordering any alcoholic beverage - we follow a strict 'Challenge 25' policy.

REFUND POLICY:

Any tickets purchased for events via www.bustlermarket.co.uk are non - refundable.
